This is a third time of order from DIY Awards. I was really happy with all my orders and so where the people who received the awards/gifts. The order process was really straight forward and easy. On my last order I asked DIY awards to expedite the process and they did everything they could for me to receive the order ASAP! Will definitely be ordering from them again and also will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

A Great Retirement Award
I was looking for a great award to present to a very valuable member of our team who is retiring. I could not have dreamed up a better gift than the one I just received from you. You folks have a great product that I will definitely use again. For most of us we do not plan very well so we expect that people like you will respond immediately. You completely went beyond expectations. You did more than what you said and the award arrived sooner than promised. I was extremely pleased with both the quality and speed of delivery.

I was in a bind to get a plaque in 4 days. Every place i checked would be at least 7 days and that would have been too late. I found DIY Awards. I spoke with Jonathan and he said "if you send us your choice and text, we will send you a proof by latest 8am the next days and if you approve the proof that day, you will get your plaque on Friday". That was Tuesday. I sent the plaque choice and the text that same Tuesday. The same Tuesday I received the proof. I approved the proof and the next day (Wednesday) I received an email that the plaque is mailed and will be received on Thursday. And on Thursday, there was my plaque, exactly as expected. You go DIY.
