The plaques were gorgeous, better than the photos. I was very pleased with the customer service. They gave me the option of getting them with color and they turned out amazing with it. This is the second time that I used DIY Awards and once again they provided outstanding service and product. I even changed the crystal plague using our own logo and graphic. They did an excellent job in duplicating the images and recommending the right color fill mix between lettering and graphics. Wow -- it was so easy to customize our awards. We love the color that you can add to the awards, too; it gives it the "pop" that we needed. The preview process was simple, too. I had changes and they were immediately implemented and a new proof was sent within a matter of minutes. An added bonus is that it was shipped out to us within a week! I order a Pastoral Installation Plaque for our incoming pastor. The plaque was exquisite, elegant and beautifully designed by your staff. I just added the necessary detail and our church emblem. The awards that we ordered were very detailed and in color. The company did not have a good picture of our logo so they went on line and it looks just like our logo and the quality is wonderful.

I never write reviews, as I am a busy Mom, but this company is most certainly worthy. I bought a retirement gift for a friend and they made it absolutely lovely. I had a question beforehand and they responded to my email promptly. I put a symbol of the corps I needed, but only had a digital copy of, and the company did a beautiful job converting it to etching. The finished product (a plaque which looked a bit like a sail) , which I reviewed before they etched it, was perfect. I got the additional color for $10, which I think is a worthwhile investment. I can't tell you how beautiful this turned out. And I think it was reasonably priced for the product.

I was blown away when I received the package and open the presentation box. The product is optical clear and the engraving is more vivid with the color fill. The customer representative is so nice and he responded every question I asked quickly and even gave me a better design suggestion. The shipping is very fast. I ordered on Wednesday and received on Friday!

I purchased this award for our companies 50th anniversary. After having the proofs modified a few times because I changed my mind, DIY Awards had the plaque delivered as promised overnight. Beautiful colors in the crystal. Will definitely buy from again!

I ordered an 8" law enforcement retirement plaque/award for a co-worker. I'm not too patient with online self-designing, so I called customer service. She said she could take my order specs right over the phone or I could just email what I wanted. I emailed exactly what I wanted and, literally within 2 hrs or so, I got an emailed response with the design for me to approve!!! It was designed perfectly, so I called right back and paid with a CC on the phone. I was worried that I would not get it in time, so was willing to pay the extra money for expedited shipping. The rep, said there was no need for that, and she assured me I would get it in time with regular shipping! She saved me about $20 bucks and I got it a day earlier than needed, exactly as promised. Paying extra $10 for colored etching was well worth it. The gold and black etching/print on glass was perfect, and the state logo was beautiful! It was packaged carefully and the black box that the glass award rested in was cushioned, elegant, and clean. I was proud to present it exactly as it was boxed. EVERYONE in my office was absolutely impressed at how beautiful it was, and a couple of people even asked if it was crystal! More importantly....the recipient LOVED IT! Without a doubt, I will use DIY in the future. I HIGHLY recommend DIY!

Ordered the 10" Crystal Book Award w/Color Fill engraved with an extensive quote both left and right sided. Customer service was superior and responded promptly to emails. Emailed a picture of the layout and wording prior to ordering and received a response with attached draft within 24 hours. Received the final product extremely quickly, which is a beautiful piece as an appreciation gift. Overall DIY Awards made the process very simple and the quality of workmanship is superior.

I ordered the plaque for Pastors wife. It was the open book crystal plaque. However, it wasn't for a pastor's wife. It was for the President of our Women's Fellowship group. I was able to customize everything that I wanted. I chose the colorfill and it looks so good. The plaque delivered was exactly how it was pictured. I also chose expedited shipping and received my order in 4 days, about 2 days before our awards ceremony. I will definitely order again in the future.
